Who is the audience for your film?
Primary and secondary audience
Niche or mass audience
The primary audience for RoboCop is 13-24 year olds and the secondary audience will be older parents who will take their children to watch it.
The main audience for the Selfish Giant is 24-50 as it is a niche film and will only attract fans of independent films.
Personal Identity

A person might find personal identity with the film as the main character has a strong relationship with his family and will do anything to protect them which many viewers can relate to.
People who live in poverty or who live in bad locations can relate easily with this film as its main plot is two children who look to find money as there family’s cannot provide for them.

A relevant point that the audience could take away from the film is how massive conglomerate corporations may have too much control on our day to day life.
Another piece of information is that the use of security drones may be unsafe as they may not be controlled by the wrong hands.
The Selfish Giant informs the audience greatly to the harsh areas that are within Britain and the poverty and hardship that is connection with these locations. The audience also sees how adults take advantage of children and teenagers in these poorer regions and educates the viewers of the dangers they face because of this.

RoboCop can be entertaining as it is a big action movie with lots of special effects so for children will be very eye-catching to watching.
The film is extremely entertaining for the audience as it is a very emotional film as the viewer’s form a deep connection with characters. The film is also beautifully directed and the audience gets aesthetic enjoyment from the film.

Social Interaction is a key feature of RoboCop as a main drive of the plot is the protagonist trying to reconnect with his family which many family members can connect with. The movie also gives insight to the lives and dangers police officers face and help the audience gain respect for these civil servants.
The Selfish Giant is excellent in interacting social with the audience as it gives tremendous insight to the lives of people who are living in rough communities in Britain. The film also gives social insight to children with social disorders and how they are treated within the education system.
